Operations Health Check
Measures how our internal operations is performing in key areas against pre-determined service levels in activities such as call center performance, file transmission performance and COBRA administration performance.
Operational Metrics
Monitors key operational metrics chosen to be pivotal in our understanding of past, present and future operational performance such as service center call volume and call quality, and model office file transfer volume and accuracy.
Client Pulse
Provides us with an overview of each client’s status in terms of deliverables and general satisfaction with service. As always our goal is to DELIGHT our customers!
