Businessolver’s 2010 Client Satisfaction Study Results

Businessolver’s mission is to grow our business by delighting our customers.  Results from our 4th annual Client Satisfaction Study revealed that we are doing just that, as client satisfaction remains high in 2010!

Key findings from the recent study

  • More than nine out of 10 clients are satisfied with the services they receive from Businessolver.
  • The most commonly cited reasons for satisfaction center around:  Responsive customer service, overall quality of client services, the functionality of the Benefitsolver platform and our focus on continual improvement.
  • Examples of verbatim client comments include:

“They are innovative in their solutions.  When we ask for something new, they come up with a way to do it – even if there is no obvious solution at first.”

“They are up to date with technology and always willing to improve things in order to enhance the customer’s experience and overall functionality of the system.”

“Businessolver is proactive in supporting us with our daily benefits administration.  They always respond to us in a timely manner, and they are very friendly and helpful.  Their client service is extraordinary.”

  • Nine out of 10 clients feel that Businessolver’s services are a good value for their money.
  • And nine out of 10 clients would recommend Businessolver’s services to a colleague.

Knowing that we really do act on client suggestions for improvement, many clients submitted ideas for system and service enhancements.  The Businessolver team is now busily working on incorporating these suggestions into our continual improvement plan.
