White glove service isn’t reserved for restaurants any more!  Businessolver is adding a new level of white glove service to our employee service center.  This new option is designed to offer an enhanced level of service and education to our clients’ employees.

Dedicated and client-certified Benefit Advisory Services representatives will provide employees with individual benefit education during open enrollment, new hire enrollment and life-event changes.  Our representatives will be licensed to assist with all benefit enrollments – including voluntary benefits.  Services will be offered through inbound and outbound call support, as well as live chat and email.

“Our clients deserve the best service center support available in the marketplace, and they want service level options,” said Jen Daniel, Director of Business Advisory Services.  “Our white glove level of service gives employees the customized benefit information they are looking for, while taking the burden of education off of human resources staffs.”
