Interviewer: What are your responsibilities?

Brandon: My main responsibility is managing our client experience and client satisfaction.  I am very proud of our client satisfaction survey results and the way we have developed partnerships with our clients over the years.  We really become an extension of the client’s HR team.

Interviewer:  Where did you work prior to coming to Businessolver?

Brandon: I was with a third party claim administrator and then an employer benefit administration outsourcing division.  Both the TPA and Benefits Outsourcing areas were owned by Marsh/Mercer.

Interviewer:  What do you like most about being a Businessolver team member?

Brandon: I like the fact that we have created a boutique offering to our clients, so we truly solve our clients’ issues.  We don’t try to force everyone through the same process.  I really love being part of a team that has the freedom to come up with creative, efficient solutions for our clients.

Interviewer:  How does your role benefit Businessolver’s customers?

Brandon: I am the client representative for our internal support areas. I help craft/enhance our services to better address our clients’ needs.  In my position I get to know our clients very well — what they do and what is important to their employees.  In turn I educate our team on what the client is trying to accomplish.

Interviewer:  What makes your job interesting?

Brandon: Dealing with all types of people.  In a single day I may talk to the person in charge of cleaning restrooms or the CEO.  I am fortunate to be able to listen to individuals at all levels of a company.  I can then take what I’ve learned to have strategic conversations regarding healthcare and plan direction.

Interviewer:  What’s your favorite customer or Businessolver story?

Brandon: I’ve got a bunch of favorites.  Ask me about the pregnant Rae story.
