New Team Dedicated to Supporting System Administrators

Terri Boers, Express Resolution (ER) Team

As you may have heard, our mission at Businessolver is to DELIGHT our customers! In an effort to take our client services to an even higher level, we have created a new team dedicated to assisting system administrators. It’s called the Express Resolution (ER) Team. This team is committed to responding quickly to our clients’ questions regarding:

  • The Benefitsolver system (payroll, imports, plan set up, billing, etc.)
  • Trainingsolver
  • Member-level questions
  • Or anything else our clients are wondering about

We’re here to help when our clients need us – via email, phone or online chat. Our purpose is to give administrators an “express” line of communication where they can get their day-to-day system questions answered in a timely manner. The feedback we’re getting so far is very positive:

My role is to make sure that my team has the most up-to-date information possible regarding the Benefitsolver system and to create a positive work environment. We have fun doing what we do! And our success will be measured in client satisfaction. We invite you to put us to the test.
