We began the Baldrige journey four years ago to help us strive, streamline and hold our process and technology to a higher industry standard.
We’ve learned so much along the way. By committing year over year to operations excellence, improving processes and acting on constructive feedback, we were able to achieve Gold Level recognition in the Baldrige Performance Excellent Program in 2019.
Businessolver will be presented the award by Iowa Recognition for Performance Excellence (IRPE) in May 2020. We are proud to say that this year, we were the only Gold recipient in the state of Iowa as well as the only benefits administration technology organization to participate in the Baldrige journey.
Gold is a new standard.
The Baldrige commitment to excellence requires organizations to adhere to the Baldrige Framework Criteria, a rigorous collection of processes and improvements to truly test an organization’s foundation.
The Gold award is the highest level an organization can achieve, illustrating how Businessolver’s strength in process, outstanding internal practices and core values are above and beyond industry standards.
