Our mantra at Businessolver is technology with heart.
Or, in other words, develop technology with empathy. Despite the fact that we are a SaaS organization, we, first and foremost, work with people, for people.
Behind every data point, every line of code, and data file (the science) is a real-life human being with needs, wants, and ambitions of happiness and health. Connecting these people with the best benefits that fit their lives is truly a complex task that requires personalization, and empathy (the art).
We take this marriage between technology and empathy very seriously. In fact, we’ve studied the affect of empathy in the workplace for the past six years. Through empathetic design of our system we successfully blend the art and science of benefits administration to deliver the right benefits, at the right time, for the right value.
All this to say, that for the third year in a row, we are extremely excited and humbled to be included in the Constellation Research Shortlist™ for Benefits Administration.
Being included in this list reaffirms that our tech with heart approach is an effective and powerful compass to guide our innovation roadmap and continued product development now, and into the future.
