Pablo Picasso once said, “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.”

Thinking about purpose is an amazing way to connect with colleagues, establish goals, and increase feelings of fulfillment. As a way to help our fellow Solvers identify their professional and personal purpose, we interviewed them for a new video series called “My Why.”

We hope you are inspired by these real stories from real Solvers, and enjoy seeing first-hand what drives them each day to deliver delight for our clients and their employees.

Next up: Brian Parker, the AVP of Client Success. Brian is responsible for helping clients develop and execute administration strategies that engage employees with an enhanced experience and give clients the tools to effectively manage and evolve their benefit plans. He comes to Businessolver with more than 20 years of experience in HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits process improvement; he previously served as the National Practice Leader for Administration Solutions at Mercer, providing consulting support and education for administration to clients in all markets. He’s also served as a benefits and wellness manager in the retail and manufacturing industries. Brian’s “My Why” is focusing on empathy when engaging and helping his clients, their employees, and his family.
