Employees are all different: different generations, different financial situations, different health situations, different career aspirations. Just as there is no one-size-fits-all formula for offering the right benefits, there is no single right way to engage employees in making good selections and then using their benefits.  

With all the current options for online enrollment — videos, decision support tools, cost transparency, avatars, calculators, etc. – employers have more opportunities than ever to engage a diverse workforce.
