Businessolver Unveils Mobile App Redesign, Elevating Benefits Experience and Boosting Employer Results

This new experience was crafted with a deep understanding of the emotional journey employees undergo while navigating their benefits. Businessolver’s dedication to delivering an empathetic experience was reflected in this latest update which not only meets the needs of employees in their physical and financial well-being but also drives tangible results for their employers, fostering greater engagement and activation of benefits.

In response to valuable user feedback, this enhanced design of the mobile app delivers increased support for the employee in several core areas: 

  • Simple and Intuitive Navigation: Through in-depth user reviews, the navigation was simplified to ensure that employees have easy access to their elected benefits, account balances and personalized benefits suggestions.  
  • Personalized Benefit Program Activation: Ensuring employees take advantage of benefits programs that often go unseen in a benefit guide was paramount to this redesign. The updated application surfaces up recommended benefits and ensures Sofia, Businessolver’s AI assistant, is front and center to answering their questions on the go. 
  • Optimized Information Delivery: The new layout streamlines content delivery to ensure the employee can focus and avoid information overload. It focuses on highlighting important information and messages in an organized and digestible fashion.  

The redesign goes a step further by bolstering employee financial well-being. It prioritizes the placement of their spending and saving accounts through Businessolver’s proprietary solution, prominently featuring a financial snapshot at the forefront of the app design. Employees with an FSA or HSA are power users to the application, they are seven times more likely to access the app throughout the month, and this enhancement allows them to fully take advantage of those accounts while allowing employers to gain greater visibility to other critical programs they provide like telemedicine, well-being or care management programs. 

Our commitment to this transformation is bolstered by positive user testing outcomes, exemplified by a 40% improvement in employees managing their FSA or HSA claims within the holistic app experience. These key changes reaffirm our dedication to advancing the consumer experience.
