Businessolver Recognized in 22nd Annual Digital Health Awards®

Mobile app and blog series receive top awards for driving engagement and thought leadership

WEST DES MOINES, IOWA (December 8, 2020) — Businessolver®, a leader in SaaS-based benefits technology and services, was recognized for two communications resources in the semi-annual Digital Health Awards, announced on November 20—the MyChoice® Mobile App and their “New Normal” blog series, which included resources for managing and sustaining organizational and individual health during this year’s COVID-19 pandemic.

The MyChoice Mobile App was awarded a gold in the Mobile Digital Health Resources: Mobile Application category. The MyChoice Mobile App was created as both an informative and interactive resource for employees to access all of their key benefits details. Employees can enroll in, interact with and manage their benefits journey year-round with the easy-to-access app. The app provides notifications to prevent missed benefits deadlines and allows employees to upload documentation directly into the app. Additionally, it features their virtual benefits assistant Sofia, an intelligent application who answers member questions in real time.
