Whether they are connecting to our participant services center, using our myChoice decision support tool, interacting with our AI-powered benefits assistant Sofia, Ryan listens intensely to what our stakeholders are doing and saying. This maximizes the value we provide, and ultimately, helps make the complex easy.
Just as our customers are focused on their employee experience, Ryan is driven to do the same. In his role as Chief Client Success Officer and the lead executive for our Denver talent hub, he motivates our organization to not only meet our customers’ immediate needs, but to develop the world-class talent, Rockstar culture, scaled operating processes, and software functions to address future goals and challenges.
Ryan has been passionate about aligning customers, value, and scale his entire career. Prior to joining Businessolver, Ryan was Chief Customer Officer at Cherwell Software, a SaaS company dedicated to empowering organizations to transform their business through digital services. He also served as Senior Vice President of Services and Consulting at Welltok, an enterprise SaaS company delivering the health care industry’s leading customer activation platform. Prior to this, Ryan was an executive within Accenture’s customer experience practice, and led multiple customer analytics companies / practices focused on infusing AI with the customer experience.
A Colorado native, Ryan serves on boards for multiple civic and technology/economic development non-profits, one of which is the Evans Scholars Foundation.
